Kimchi: Vermont Kimchi is a medley of Vermont-grown root veggies fermented together to create a synergistic mouth explosion like you've never experienced. Our Vermont Kimchi is vibrant pink from beets and purple cabbage. Like all FinAllie Ferments, our products are fermented in oak barrels (never plastic or steel). We use Vermont-grown vegetables and spices from our network of small and medium sized Vermont farms.
