Dill With It Sauerkraut is our take on a classic German Sauerkraut. Green from the fresh, Vermont dill and green cabbage and speckled with locally grown spices throughout the jar. Like all FinAllie Ferments, our products are fermented in oak barrels (never plastic or steel). We use Vermont-grown vegetables and spices from our network of small and medium sized Vermont farms. Use Dill With It on salads, reubens, pierogies, chicken salad, pork, anything you want, or fresh out of the jar! Color: Light Green. Spice Level: 0/4.
